India : Fuzon’s Three City Tour of India Draws
Huge Crowds
Fuzon returns from their second tour
of India after the release of their second album Journey.
This tour started on the 6th of September with a concert
at the Indian Institute of Planning and Management in
Delhi for an audience of over 6000. The students at
IIPM and Fuzon fans in Delhi were anxious to see Fuzon
back in action after the release of their second album.
This performance lasted for 2 hours in which the band
performed songs from both the first and second albums,
as well as a cover of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan’s
Kenna Sona. The audience at IIPM was enthusiastically
participating and singing along from the first song
till the end of the performance.
From Delhi, Fuzon went to Mumbai to perform on the 7th
of September at the Grand Finale of a reality show for
Zee TV, called Aik se Barh kar Aik.
From Mumbai Fuzon went to Trivandrum, Kerela, on the
13th of September, for an audience of over 25,000, becoming
the first Pakistani band to perform there. This particular
performance was a part of the closing ceremony of the
regional harvest festival, Onam.
Fuzon’s Emu, Rameez and Shallum were joined on
tour by Jason and Khaled of Aaroh, on drums and bass
respectively.
Fuzon is planning to go to India at the end of October
once again to perform in multiple cities, as well as
at the Hard Rock Café.
