Please introduce yourself to our readers:
Amna H, holistic healer and Make Up artist.

What motivated you to come in this field?

I was motivated by my own experience of looking for the right place for makeup and other services – which did not measure up to what I would have expected. Also I have always been very passionate about makeup and working in helping people tap their total potential in their beauty.

At what point in your life did you realize you wanted to be a make-up artist?

Growing up I was exposed to a lot of different artistic and creative medicines. My grandmother was a specialist in screen print and block prints for fabrics and I also pursued art in my higher education as a subject.

How did you learn to become a makeup artist?

My training was initially done in England where I did a six month Foundation Course in makeup. I then took some short courses in India. In Pakistan I did training under Shehzad Raza to familiarize myself with the specific requirements of the Pakistani market.

What sets you apart from other makeup artists in Pakistan?

I think all of the makeup artists are very talented in their own ways. But my philosophy is a little different I am going to be working with people more on a personalized & holistic approach.
