Meet Shahid Malik a London based fashion photographer, who has had his work published in countless magazines and websites. We had a chance to meet up with this busy photographer and ask a few questions about his work and personal life...

Please introduce yourself to our readers:
Shahid Malik London based fashion photographer.

Tell us about your family and education.
I was born and educated in London and have traveled a lot to Pakistan. Family is originally from Lahore.

How and when did you get into photography?

I have always loved photography from an early age taking family photography’s as well as nature and buildings. I got into fashion photography about 5 years ago took it up seriously and studied it.

What kind of photography services do you offer?

I offer Fashion, Beauty, portfolios and catwalk photography

What would you say are your unique traits as a photographer, or what sets you apart from other professional photographers?

What I try to do with every shoot is to use new techniques and style so each shoot looks different from my previous work but with something new so that all my work does not look the same and repetitive.

What are some shoots you are especially proud of?

I am proud of all my work I put in a lot of effort into all the work I get commissioned for so each shoot is very important for me.

For our readers interested in Photography what are some tricks you can share for taking better pictures and getting better poses?

Know exactly what you’re doing good composition and research both the project you’re working on and other photographers work.

My work has appeared in lots of magazines and newspapers not just in UK but also Pakistan and in India. These are from working on different projects, commissions and submissions.
